Nettuno Tv is a travelling television that follows the event “Provincia in Festa” commissioned by the local province of Palermo. A Minivan especially equipped for the purpose broadcast in Palermo’s squares videos concerning the history of the event and reportages about the ongoing shows and initiatives.
